LA trip/ Liv turns 30/ September events

... Wow, I am back in Stockholm after a short but delightful trip to Southern California. Highlights: family, our first anniversary celebration at the Mondrian, dinner at Asia de Cuba, Bryan and Crystal's Sunday dinner: Sean & Christy, Syd and Hannah, Gigi and Freya, Dev and Dante, Jason... ...hanging with Yogi-J in Venice, Julian's class 4 times in a week, hot tub time!!!, Katy's hospitality, meeting the amazing Tessa, Japanese blessing green tea latte's at Urth, lunch at Axe, the white sands of Santa Monica...the Farmer's Market on Main, the sunshine and warmth of a SoCal summer day... Tomorrow (the 21st) we celebrate Liv's 30th birthday with brunch (with Elisabeth and Johan), then a picnic under the apple trees at Rosendal's Trädgård...to be followed perhaps by some live music at Stockholm's Jazz Festival....
