Here is Liv week 32-33.Due date: Feb 9, 2008
Disposition: Project Chakata is lying just as he should...head down.
And he is a future footballer, kicking ALL the TIME.
His parents are very proud.
Mom and Dad will be moving January 4th to a new, bigger apartment...so Chakata (not his real name) will be able to have a room of his own.
With an elevator (in the hallway, not our apartment).
So mom and baby will not be forced to climb 3 flights of stairs everyday.
(Liv is very happy about this).
In Sweden maternity leave is 12 months at 80% of your salary, or 18 months with the 80% prorated over 18 months. Liv will take the first shift from Feb. to about Dec., then I will take over for 6-7 months.
Also, as soon as Project Chakata is born I will automatically get 10 working days off with pay.
All health care is free for mom and baby.
But yeah, it's cold here...and dark. In fact, today was the shortest day of the year...
starting tomorrow we are on the way towards 20 hours of light in the summer...
but that's still a few days away...
